Alfred Arnold - Chief Engineer & Inventor
Alf Arnold holds a degree in Civil, Structural and Marine Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. He has over 40 years experience in residential and commercial construction (within both Australia, Papua New Guinea and China) as a Civil and Structural Engineer Consultant (including Earthquake reconstruction), design and production manager, design and construction engineer, and fitter and turner.
Alf is also the inventor of the Modak Construction System (MCS), the Modak Leaf Free Gutters and the Modak home concept.

Peter Jones - Chief Executive Officer
Peter Jones has an extensive experience as CEO in large private and public corporations in security, communications, and real estate development.
He has over 35 years of corporate experience and logistics HR and communication development in sales marketing and product development.

Miles Benjamin Buffalo - Design Director
Miles B Buffalo is a Sydney born designer whos approach to design is best described as unique.
His designs have a sense of belonging and relating to place and culture.
Buffalo has won an MBA award for residential apartments in Lilyfield Sydney.
He has worked in China on massive scale and cultural projects.
Miles vision is to create building designs that belong to Australia.

Matthew Brady - Marketing Director
Matthew has over 22 years experience in the marketing field, over a wide range of products and services. He has worked in Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand and is CEO of a sucessful design solutions company servicing marketing departments for international technology companies. Matthew is one of the original pioneers of web design and development in Australia. He specialises in brand and market development within digital media.

Paul Newman - Director
Paul has over thirty years experience in the areas of Aboriginal affairs policy, community engagement, employment, education and economic development.
Paul has previously held Executive Director positions in both Policy & Regulation, and Community & Programs with the NSW Department of Aboriginal Affairs.
