Emerald Details
The Emerald is the first of our double storey homes. Featuring a smaller footprint than the other homes but utilising a second storey loft so as not to reduce the living space. The deeper pitch in the roof also limits fire hazardous waste from collecting.
The Emerald range comes in 3 + study and 4 bedroom designs. Each of the
large bedrooms have full height built in wardrobes.
Kitchen includes
built-in quality oven, and rangehood. Open plan living and
dining area. Bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity. A second bathroom with toilet, shower, vanity and bath is located on the upper floor. All Modak homes fitted with ModakBoard lining can withstand
noise pollution up to 50db making for quiet living for all the family.
Emerald Deluxe
The Emerald Deluxe, like the other deluxe models, you receive a little more of those special finishing touches including an ensuite off the master bedroom and options for polished wooden floors and designer kitchen.
