The system eliminates the common facia board around the home, providing not only an attractive finishing touch to your home, but also ensures your roof is fireproof by eliminating the hazards of leaf and debris collection in your gutters.

How does it work?
The secret behind the Modak Leafless Guttering System is "Gravity" and "Surface Tension".
On the illustration at the top of this page you will notice a round edge just above the gutter. What happens is that the rain water coming off the roof acts like a magnet when running over this curve and sticks to the surface until the gravity of it's own weight makes it fall.
So, put simply, when it rains, the water runs down the roof, then runs under the round edge and falls into the gutter below. Leaves and debris on the roof, being heavier than the water, simply drops off the roof ensuring leaf and debris free gutters.
