Outbak Details
The Outbak range comes in 2, 3 and 4 bedroom designs. Each of the
large bedrooms have full height built in wardrobes.
Kitchen includes
built-in quality oven, and rangehood. Open plan living and
dining area. Bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity. Laundry with
additional WC. Large covered veranda area. All Modak homes fitted with ModakBoard lining can withstand
noise pollution up to 50db making for quiet living for all the family.
Outbak Deluxe
The Outbak Deluxe offers extra comforts to the already feature rich Outbak model. Premium enhancements include an ensuite to the main bedroom, an extra WC and a premium fit-out.
