 Pre-order your production order certificate now and avoid a long waiting list as the first plant production is limited. You can firm up the actual design and specification you want later on.
Securing a production position number requires no deposit or obligation from you, but gives you a confirmed production position placement in the production queue.
If you later choose that you do not want to go ahead with your purchase, your place in the queue simply moves on to the next waiting.
You will be emailed a placement certificate within 14 days of completing the pre-order form.
Modak plants will have limited output in the first 3 years so pre ordering is essential for timely delivery.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please Read
In order to confirm your pre-order production position number, you will be required to either:
- State on the pre-order form that you are a cash settlement buyer; or
- Complete the no charge, no commitment Modak in-house online finance application for Modak indicative funding approval.
The most effective method is to simply make an online application to Modak and receive clearance in 48 hours. There is no obligation to use the Modak Financial service later.
There is absolutely no cost to you at all in making this application.
When you see the first display homes you can decide which actual design and fit out you want at that time…then you can sign a purchase order, subject to finance approval
