Silverton Classic Details
The Silverton Classic is the largest of the Modak range offering much more internal space than the Outback, Modern or Desert. The design is a blend of modern and the classic lines of early Australia incorporating the cross air flow design of the infamous "Queenslander".
The Silverton Classic is offered in 2, 3 and 4 bedroom designs and includes open plan entertainment areas, family room and study that can be expanded by opening the bifold and french doors.
Each of the bedrooms have full height built in wardrobes. Kitchen includes built-in quality oven, rangehood, either gas or electric cook top, and breakfast bar. Open plan living and dining area. Bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity.
Silverton Classic Deluxe
With the Silverton Classic Deluxe, like the other deluxe models, you receive a little more of those special finishing touches including an ensuite off the master bedroom and options for polished wooden floors and designer kitchen.
